Nebius · Public · Website

Job Description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

About the Role

Nebius is looking for a Corporate Builds Operations Lead to join our Enterprise Technologies organisation, based in our Amsterdam office.

This role is responsible for coordinating and driving the successful delivery of corporate build programmes across our global footprint — including new office launches, expansions, renovations, and workplace refreshes. You will ensure our physical spaces are secure, scalable, standards-based, and operationally ready for employees on day one.

You will partner closely with Workplace, IT, Security, Procurement, and external vendors to execute projects, maintain standards, and support operational excellence across the workplace technology ecosystem.

Corporate Builds at Nebius spans both construction delivery and the technology that enables our offices to operate effectively, including:

  • Audio/Visual (A/V) and collaboration technology: meeting rooms, event spaces, training rooms, and digital signage
  • Corporate network infrastructure: LAN/Wi-Fi readiness, IDF/MDF coordination, and carrier demarcation
  • On-premises IT environments where required: server rooms, racks, power and cooling coordination
  • Low-voltage and structured cabling systems
  • Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) associated with business growth and office reconfigurations

What You'll Do

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of corporate build projects including new office launches, expansions, renovations, and workspace refreshes
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
  • Track project status, risks, issues, and action items while providing regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support governance processes, design reviews, project approvals, commissioning activities, and handover procedures
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, inventories, as-built records, operational runbooks, and handover packages

Standards & Compliance

  • Maintain and implement corporate standards for workplace technology including A/V systems, network infrastructure, structured cabling, and IT spaces
  • Review technology requirements within architectural and engineering plans and coordinate necessary adjustments with project teams
  • Ensure compliance with physical security, IT security, and workplace technology standards

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with system integrators, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure quality delivery and compliance with standards
  • Partner with Workplace/Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, HR, and local site leadership to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Coordinate IT-related office Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) while minimising business disruption

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience delivering corporate build, workplace technology, facilities technology, or infrastructure projects in a global environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong project and operational management skills including scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Working knowledge of A/V systems, corporate networking, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, and workplace technology environments
  • Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and system integrators
  • Ability to review and coordinate technology requirements within construction and workplace projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working proficiency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting meeting room technology standards and collaboration platforms at scale
  • Exposure to workplace technology security and compliance practices
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent project management certifications
  • Experience working in high-growth organisations with frequent office expansions and new site launches
