Who Are We?

The inspiration for Talent@Web3 began when Elena and Kerf saw a growing interest in jobs at web3 companies but a gap in knowledge as well as misconceptions about the industry.

Since our launch mid-April 2022, we now realise that the interest is more fundamental than jobs; it is about the industry, the technology, the philosophy and so much more…

As of now, Talent@Web3 is a ground-up effort to bring together the collective knowledge, experience and expertise of Web3 Builders to share with aspiring Web3 builders and talent who could be the future of the industry.

Behind talentweb3

Elena Chow

Elena is the founder of ConnectOne who since 2013 has partnered the early-stage technology startup ecosystem to build teams for growth. In doing so, she has met, coached and build a robust community of entrepreneurial-minded individuals. She is well known for her generosity in mentoring startup founders, teaching at accelerators/incubators and doing career transition coaching.

Prior to ConnectOne, she had spent 15 years in Procter & Gamble.

Kerf Chang

Kerf is a crypto investment analyst at Zilliqa, and previously an analyst at Huobi Global.

Prior to her experience in the crypto industry, she has had several consulting stints, including being under a MBA/Masters consulting programme at PwC, and was also involved in a project at Mckinsey-ESG. She also previously ran her own e-commerce business.

Kerf Chang

Kerf is a crypto investment analyst at Zilliqa, and previously an analyst at Huobi Global.
