Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with the partners
Revenue Growth: Own and manage partner relationships to deliver pipeline goals, track performance metrics, and maximize revenue.
Enablement Training: Equip partners with the necessary tools, collateral, co-branded assets and product training.
Joint Go-To-Market (GTM): Plan co-selling, co-marketing, and account-mapping initiatives to maximize market penetration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partnership strategies with marketing and product development teams.
3–7 years of experience in enterprise partnerships, business development, channel sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within SaaS, fintech, technology, or related industries. Proven track record of building and scaling strategic alliances, driving partner-led revenue growth and managing complex enterprise relationships.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
