The Role: Product Marketing Associate (Advanced Trading Products)

Gemini is looking for a driven, crypto-native marketer to join as a Product Marketing Associate, focused on building and scaling our marketing efforts across advanced trading products including ActiveTrader, Margin, OTC, and more. You’ll help shape how Gemini shows up online every day, working across teams to launch campaigns for new products and features, and drive product adoption. 

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and design. 

We’re looking for someone who moves fast, is a forward-thinking owner, and has a deep understanding of advanced trading products. Someone who’s plugged into the crypto industry, capable of managing multiple priorities, and cares about results.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow communities across X and Discord
• Create and publish daily content on X that drives engagement and growth
• Actively engage with users, replies, and conversations on social
• Work cross functionally to bring campaigns, launches, and ideas to life
• Manage Gemini’s customer support presence on social
• Support prediction Predictions operations, including featured content, key markets, and retention initiatives
• Collaborate with brands, creators, and partners to drive organic community moments and partnerships
• Build and implement go-to-market (GTM) campaigns to support product and feature launches for advanced trading products including ActiveTrader, Margin, OTC, and more
• Develop a differentiated and compelling cross-channel messaging strategy

Qualifications:

• High agency, self starter mindset with a bias toward action
• Clear desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
• 3–4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns
• Comfort working in fast-paced regulated environments
• Ability to break down complex ideas into clear, accessible messaging for a broad audience
• Fluent across the modern AI stack and understand how to build AI-first marketing systems
• Communicate clearly and don't wait to be told what to build next
• Fluency in all marketing channels such as paid media, lifecycle, performance, and social
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to see projects through to completion

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $82,500 - $110,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

In the United States, we offer a hybrid work approach at our hub offices, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Expectations may vary by location and role, so candidates are encouraged to connect with their recruiter to learn more about the specific policy for the role. Employees who do not live near one of our hubs are part of our remote workforce.
