Senior Controller

We are looking for a Senior Controller with deep experience in Web3, crypto, or fintech to drive financial strategy, financial planning & analysis and operational excellence across our global entity structure. You will oversee both fiat and crypto financial operations, guide the development of scalable accounting processes, coordinate tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and deliver high-quality internal and external reporting. In this role, you'll manage traditional accounting functions while also helping define best practices for crypto-treasury management, on-chain/off-chain reconciliation, and token-related financial operations. You’ll work closely with founders, legal and senior leadership to shape the company’s financial vision as we scale. We are seeking someone who also understands the complexities of digital assets, cross-border entity structures, crypto regulatory requirements, and evolving tax frameworks in the Web3 ecosystem.
