<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-CwX0d4AXjoUdK6x6PFxlxoycggh">The Head of Growth – UAE owns end-to-end growth for OKX’s UAE entity, accountable for user acquisition, activation, retention, AUM, and revenue growth across all channels.</div>
<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-DbHpdXOxLo2Mz3xPYbSlzDPzgnh">This role is not execution-only. It is a P&amp;L-oriented growth leadership role combining strategy, experimentation, channel ownership, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder management within a regulated market.</div>

<div>Own UAE growth P&amp;L and all business metrics, from growing acquisition and activation numbers, to direct bottom-line numbers.</div>

<div>Define and execute the UAE growth strategy aligned with global OKX priorities.</div>

<div>Own all acquisition channels: paid, affiliates/KOLs, influencers, referrals, partnerships, and offline/experiential.</div>
