Business Development Lead (High-Frequency Trading)

We are building the execution layer for on-chain trading: a Solana-based rollup featuring sub-millisecond latency and a throughput of over 30,000 orders per second. As we transition from build to scale, we are hiring a Business Development Lead to convert this technical advantage into liquidity, volume, revenue, and market presence. The project is backed by a syndicate of top-tier venture capital firms and institutional crypto investors. You will own commercial outcomes across market makers, trading firms, whales, liquid investors, and key ecosystem partners. This is a high-leverage role focused on sourcing, closing, and scaling the deals that define our liquidity and growth trajectory. This is a commercial seat responsible for capturing value, structuring deals, and driving core liquidity rather than a traditional 'partnerships' role.
