Head of User Relations

DoubleZero Foundation is seeking a Head of Protocol Relations to own and grow our relationship with users of the DoubleZero network as it scales up to support high-performance distributed systems, from Solana and blockchains, and beyond. Key areas of responsibility include owning DoubleZero Foundation’s relationship with network users, building a team, being a technically gifted thought leader, owning documentation, optimizing user experience, and representing DoubleZero at key industry events. Qualifications include 5+ years of DevRel or technical user support experience, 2+ years of crypto experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personal attributes include being a community expert, having high emotional intelligence, and being a great communicator.
