Role Overview

Dlicom is looking for a senior, globally connected BD Partnerships Lead with a strong Web3 background to drive strategic growth through partnerships, KOLs, ecosystems, and top-tier projects.
This role is about building high-impact relationships, unlocking distribution, and turning partnerships into measurable traction, not just signing logos.

You will work directly with the founders and core team, owning BD strategy end-to-end and representing Dlicom externally at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Dlicom’s global partnerships strategy across Web3 ecosystems

  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with top crypto projects, protocols, platforms, and infrastructure players

  • Develop and manage KOL, affiliate, and influencer partnerships (including presale and launch campaigns)

  • Activate partnerships into real growth: users, installs, liquidity, revenue, visibility

  • Open doors to exchanges, launchpads, wallets, communities, and strategic media

  • Represent Dlicom at conferences, private events, and ecosystem meetups (Dubai + global)

  • Work closely with Marketing, Community, and Product teams to align partnerships with GTM goals

  • Track performance, ROI, and conversion metrics for all BD initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships within Web3, crypto, or DeFi

  • Proven global network across top Web3 projects, KOLs, founders, funds, and ecosystem players

  • Strong understanding of presales, token launches, affiliate models, and community-driven growth

  • Experience negotiating complex partnership deals and long-term strategic agreements

  • Highly proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating at founder / C-level

  • Deep understanding of Web3 culture, incentives, and distribution mechanics

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Based in Dubai or ready to relocate; on-site role

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SocialFi, wallets, messaging apps, or consumer Web3 products

  • Existing relationships with Tier-1 KOLs, launchpads, or exchanges

  • Track record of scaling partnerships from zero to meaningful revenue or users
